This is a great tripod.  The lightness and strength of carbon fiber combined with magnesium castings make for a solid lightweight tripod.  The tripod head is not included with the legs.    This tripod coupled with the Wimberley II Gimble Head makes a great combination for shooting with super-telephoto lenses.
